This is a first in a series of of light hearted but attainable,delicious and easy to make recipes. They are made for people like me that loves to eat well, broke with the attention span of a dog in a new public park in dog city. You will find that this is not a complicated meal, nor will any of the future demonstrations in these videos. That is by design. I am so over the pompous food shows that make this craft some kind of religious quest only the worthy are able to acquire. That's bullshit!
